Alcohol is NOT included. According to local laws, the client must purchase the alcohol from an entity possessing a liquor license. However, we do work with Barrels & Brews- a liquor store based in Fort Chaffee, AR- that gives our clients 15% off their order! 

Any leftover alcohol is yours to keep. Kegs, however, must be returned to liquor store empty. 

We do require a 25% deposit at the time of booking and then the rest is due 24 hours prior to the event. We will give a full refund on the deposit if cancelled 30 days in advance. Events cancelled less than 30 days prior will not receive a refund. Please reach out to us if this is the case. We want the best for our clients and will do our best to make them happy. 

We are based in Van Buren, AR and serve all surrounding areas. The first 75 miles from "home base" is free, but mileage charge of $2 per mile past. If you’re outside our primary service area, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your event.

Yes, we are fully insured to provide mobile bartending services. This ensures peace of mind for you and your guests.

Yes! We offer mocktail and soda bar option as well.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak event seasons. Ideally, 6-8 months in advance is preferred.

Unfortunately, we only provide open bars. Our local law prohibits the sale of alcohol without a liquor license. Businesses must be sedentary for 90+ days to obtain this permit. 

Expect to receive a detailed shopping list from us with recommendations on what, how much and where to buy your alcohol about 4 weeks prior to the event.
